Kakunodate Samurai Residence, Akita Pref.(2003/1/1)
I went on 2003 new year's day to Kakunodate, Akita Prefecture.
By "JR new year's day pass" Transportation expenses was \14,000. It was as half as usual.

There were many passengers and tourist agents who expected the effect of this ticket.
In spite of the New Year's Day, all tourist facilities did business.
When coming out of the station, the local brand of Sake was served as a welcome drink.
