According to the Asahi Newspaper

The Chiba housing public corporation(CHPC) asked for annulment of the contract of "Toku-yu-chin" which guarantees house rent at the time of full room, and caused civil-affairs mediation.
CHPC hired private apartments and set up the specific superior rental housing which offers relatively cheap rental housing "Toku-yu-chin".
It was clarified on October 6th that CHPC stated the civil-affairs mediation to Chiba summary court which asks for cancellation of their contract. This is as part of the reorganization scheme. "Toku-yu-chin" which guarantees the full room house rent is supplied to 39 housing complexes (2243 houses). About 5 billion yen deficit is expected over ten years.
CHPC said that annulment of the contract of totaly ten housing complexes is stated by the end of this month including one housing complex stated on the 5th. Each of ten housing complexes where CHPC states civil-affairs mediation has a contract for 20 years and some remain ten years or more to expiration.
Their payment of the debt exceeding 90 billion yen became difficult, and CHPC advances specific mediation with financial institutions in the Tokyo District Court. And CHPC is asking for the about 32,100 million yen debt forgiveness equivalent to 45% of lease from 11 banks.
Although CHPC wants to ask the owner of housing complex for an understanding for its reconstruction, resistance of the owner is expected who invested a large amount of fund at the construction.

In this summer, I went to Taiwan for the first time in ten years, and I found that public welfare had not improved, rather than newspapers or the Internet said.
Even this country was crowded with the big IT businesses, the general public has gnawed betel nut as usual. It seemed that confusion of traffic, darkness of night, and life of the dealers in the outdoors have not changed.
I watch South Korean teleplays and found the economic depression continued as same as in Taiwan.

Human nature in Japan is still in high.
I consider China continent is the huge origin's of deflation economy of Japan.

Now I read cartoonist Sora Oda's comical essay "Chinese expectations". At first, I must have begun to read it in a light feeling only for pleasure.
gradually I thought that serious population pressure should come to Japan from China. When I watch in World Business Satellite (a world news report program), China is reflected only as a means of money-making, As for a mere cartoonist (her new assignment is a Japanese language teacher), She jumped into the new world and she has seen that before her eyes, cities with millions of population exist under the fierce natural environment to live.

I thought that I had to think over the meaning of having been born in Japan , even having the similar appearance to Chinese. speaking directly, on what do I spend extravagantly ? Every year, I buy a terminal of cellular phone and I have many wrist watches. I have no car, no house either. Is it extravagant to bathe every day? (wasting water or gas?) Every day, although it is a reason of commutation, I move 100km or more of round trips. I mean, what I want to say is we are in the position we are able to spend money for energy or various resources, and do we use them appropriately, or do we live with such consciousness? I feel like to talk with prudent people of those countries.

I got up at 7:00 in the morning, and I have voted of an Upper House election.
I never understand the so-called "the vote weight disparity" this time too, it has been carried into vote with a 5.16 times gap. Isn't administration of justice made a fool of by administration ? I found that my dignity of my vote being looked down upon because I live in Saitama.

In the proportional representation constituency at last Lower House election, the Democratic Party acquired 22,100,000 votes, the Liberal Democratic Party 20,660,000 votes. Wasn't already the Democratic Party the first party? But, then the Liberal Democratic Party took 259 seats Democratic Party 176.
This is the result of "the vote weight disparity". I cannot consent that the party with 10% less votes obtained 30% more seats.

various proposals as division recarrying-out have come out. Even if urban people regard country people as "We won't make it bad for you" country people don't believe that. The people of the age of between 20's and 30's who have not voted are required declaration of their intention. Although they will live in where the dignity of one vote is light.
